The most important decision a person can ever make is to be Saved. To take Jesus as your Lord and Saviour!
This decision will go on for eternity and there will be no end.
Romans 10: 9 & 10 - That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, (Jesus as YOUR Lord) and will believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto Salvation.
After asking Jesus to be your Lord and Saviour then comes water Baptism, submersion. Then getting Spirit filled with evidence of speaking in tongues. When you have done those 3 steps, that makes you a spiritual baby in the Lord and just starting out. After that it is a daily process of learning the Word and also learning how to follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit for each day of your life. The Bible is God's Word and you need to know what He has to say about things.
I plan to keep the above because it is so important. I may change it around from time to time, but nothing really matters as much as where you will spend eternity. So, for now, I will be adding new things below the fishes line.

When you first get saved and Spirit filled, then you start the process of learning how to be led by God. It is something that you do by faith and it is a learning process. When you get it right and know that you actually heard from God, it causes your spirit to soar in excitement. Oh, the joy of the Lord!
There are 2 different ways of praying to use your faith to get answers to prayer. One is standing on the written word of God and believing what He said about healing or His other promises, and that is good, that's how we get saved.
The other and more correct way, after you are saved and Spiritfilled is to go to God and ask Him what to do, and then obey what He said. This latter way is how Jesus did it and He always received the results from the Father. God has obligated Himself, so that when He tells you to do something and you obey, then He does the works or miracles or whatever He said He would do. It comes down to ------ HEAR AND OBEY! ------ There is no stress or trying to get God to do something for you, because God is always willing to do what He has promised in His Word. There is no--yes, no, or maybe. The promises of God are always yes and amen. If a person does not receive something from God, ask God to show you where you are missing it and how to get it right. He is more than willing to help you.
Heb. 4: 16 - Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
II Cor. 1: 20 - For all the promises of God, in Him, are yea, and in Him, Amen, unto the glory of God by us. . . .
Heb. 4:3 - - . . . although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
JESUS LOVES YOU!
There are some things that God holds very high in our walk with Him. It's ALL important, but these seem to be, (how to put it?) very, very, very important to Him.
1. Obedience to the Holy Spirit
2. Walking in Love
3. extremely careful what you say about everything.
The Lord showed me something new this week. On the teaching about Jesus fulfilling the law. I use to think Jesus kept all the old testament law, but then I kept reading scripture where the people said, "why doesn't he keep the law?" So I got to wondering about it and learned that Jesus did keep the old testament law in a new way. Since we are to be like Jesus and since Jesus is our example, if he had kept the old testament law like the Jews did, then we would have to do it that way also. But God was doing a new thing, and Jesus kept the old testament law by walking in love, because love is the fulfilling of the law.
Rom. 13:10 - Love worketh no ill to his neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
And Jesus kept the New Testament Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus. This law is where God speaks and Jesus obeyed and when he did that, it brought forth Grace and Grace brought forth Life and that Life took care of whatever the problem was. Jesus said he did what he saw the Father do and said what he heard the Father say. He also said that the Father in him did the works. That is the law of the Spirit of Life.
Rom. 8:2 - For the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
John 12: 50 - And I know that His commandments are life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
John 5: 17 - But Jesus answered them, my Father worketh hitherto, and I work.
John 5: 19 - Then answered Jesus and said unto them, verily, verily, I say unto you, the Son can do nothing of himself, but what he sees the Father do: for what things soever he does, these also doeth the Son likewise.
So what I saw this week was that Jesus kept the Spirit of the old testament law by walking in love and kept the new testament law by obeying the Father, at the same time. He did the entire Bible. I was amazed! But what about us? When we walk in love, we are also fulfilling the Spirit of the old testament law, and when we obey the Holy Spirit, we are keeping the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus. So we are doing the whole Bible also. God brought everything down to LOVE and OBEDIENCE. I was so excited about all of that, so I wanted to share it with you all.
